The Brief

Premium coffee wholesaler Toby's Estate was looking for a way to reward customers by extending their existing loyalty systems to handheld devices.

The Results

Love Agency constructed a proprietary, mobile-based rewards platform that builds on the coffee loyalty cards previously used by individual outlets. The resulting app lets customers collect digital "stamps" with each purchase, and collect rewards from any wholesale location. At the same time, the reward app helps Toby’s Estate collect valuable data on sales patterns.

Why it matters

This simple system leverages and expands on existing customer behaviour. By expanding the reward opportunities across multiple vendors, the program becomes attractive to a wider audience – improving adoption and growing market spread. At the same time, the app collects granular purchase data, which allows for better marketing insights.
