The Problem

Rest has been in the process of developing their first mobile app to drive engagement and increase retention amongst it's traditionally, young and disengaged member base. However, the project had stalled and it was clear to Rest that in order to achieve their goal, a new partner with a deep knowledge of user experience, technical expertise and industry knowledge was required. Love Agency stepped in to help, with the responsibility of stabilising the existing codebase, preparing the app for launch and the development of new features.

The Approach

We began by conducting our UX Product Development Workshops to help define the project's goals, understand the needs Rest's users, and validate all assumptions through rounds of user testing. With this foundation in place, our developers got to work.

Driving Engagement

Rest's mission was to offer the best possible experience for its members, moving beyond the traditional low engagement model offered by other super providers. In an industry first, Rest integrated with the AIA Vitality program, members can now track their fitness, be reminded of important health checks and keep motivated with rewards and benefits for being happy and healthy.

The End Result

The final product is an app that has set a new benchmark in the superannuation space. Providing a seamless, anywhere, member interaction for Rest customers.
